We have hit the ground running this week! I have heard many interesting stories about spring break and all the adventures the kids experienced! We have been studying maps this week and have been lucky enough to get some letters from family and friends to help us connect with other places. This afternoon we will use our map skills to go on a treasure hunt. You can help at home by reinforcing vocabulary like: north, south, east, west and compass.
Next week we will focus on birds. Our students have already become great ornithologists in our science center. We will use these skills to further our studies and enjoy our avian friends! Stay tuned for pictures!~
